BACKGROUND:
This year's NFL Man of the Year Award Winner and last year's NFL Defensive Player of the Year, Taylor has played defensive end for the Miami Dolphins for over a decade. The six-time All Pro formed the Jason Taylor Foundation in 2004 and continues to be heavily involved throughout the South Florida community. Taylor holds the NFL record for touchdowns by a defensive lineman (7) and is the Dolphins all-time leader in quarterback sacks (117) and consecutive games played (130). Jason is married to Katina, and the couple reside in Weston, Fla., with their two sons, Isaiah Paul and Mason Paul, and daughter, Zoe Grace.

Another sports celeb I know nothing about, so don't know what to expect of him. But in my opinion, he's easily the most attractive male celeb for this season, based purely on superficial looks alone.

Please, please Edyta.... don't wear those garbage bags as costumes again this season.

Yep, he is gorgeous. Edyta always looks great but wonder how those few pieces of fabric stay on.

My BIG hope for this duo is that Edyta have something on her behind this go-round BESIDES postage stamps and rubber bands. Perhaps the producers had a talk with her about that between seasons.

I surely hope so.

And yes, Jason is a doll. I really hope he doesn't suffer from a "My Two Left Feet" syndrome!

I don't anything about Jason, but he seems pretty cool from the interviews I've seen with him about the show. Edyta's always been one of my favorite pros, too.

I like this couple also. Jason is one of the few last night who has the moves to make it all the way to the finals

Living in South Fla, as I do, I have had the opportunity to meet Jason in the flesh several times, at charity functions, and what you see is what you get with this handsome man.

He is tough and competitive on the football field, but is a man of character & good morals off the field. He is a loving husband & father, and is married to (his wife Katina) the sister of Zach Thomas, the former Miami Dolphins LB and now Dallas Cowboy.

My hopes are Jason does well, as he is one of my all time favorite Dolphins.

I had no idea who this guy was and thought - okay, yet another football/basketball, etc. guy. But this man is GORGEOUS. Not only that, he can dance - graceful, elegant, and has rhythm. (And I am not even a fan of tall men - but I'd make an exception for him). Hope he goes far and does just as well in the Latin dances.
