aname Wishing you a speedy recovery and as info ... according to the experts C-Diff is becoming more and more common.

As for Valerie ... once again I was crying or trying not to. She is just really a special person. When Tristan hugged her and was obviously emotional ... she said " I feel you." Karina has to learn to fix her face. When Valerie is standing/talking ... Karina looks at her with great sympathy ... which I know Valerie does NOT want.

It takes a long long time to recover from and can recur. Although it is usually not fatal (if caught early), it is very hard on the body (some food can become an enemy) and keeps me tied to the house most of the time. I am recovering, but often get depressed and seeing Valerie on the show makes me feel if she can suck it up and get on with her life, regardless of her illness, then I can too. I am not too far behind her in age, but like she said, "What should I do - just wait to die. Why not just dance." Although I was paraphrasing in the quote, it went something like that.

As for Tristan - he is absolutely adorable. I am glad she got such a super sweetie pie for her partner.
I am glad Valerie is an inspiration to you. It's uplifting to witness someone carry on and fight the good fight. I have to admit I worry for her, its difficult to see her struggle,Tristan's tears are so relatable, but if she brings you sunshine in the dark times then it can't be bad.

When Tristan was sitting in rehearsal and had tears in his eyes, you could tell is was sincere. I don't think they could have paired her with a more compassionate person.

I adored the way he said 'your something else Valerie Harper ' in that lovely Irish accent- he could read the news paper and I would be entertained. He gave up dance, fancied himself a football player, but then came back to dance( thankfully)

Do you mean American football or do you mean soccer? Because he's Irish, I would think the latter, but I'd like know for sure. Thanks, Fanny Mare.
