Mr. Martinez: He has natural flow and abilities and joy in his heart. He turned it out tonight!!! Gotta love him!!!!

If there was too much Lindy, Karina is definitely to blame. Oh well.....it was still really good!

Wow, great job JR & Karina. But yes, Len's right. It was more Lindy than Jive.
    Loved their outfits.

    Oooh, can't believe I forgot about J.R. - I'm rooting for him.

I figured J.R. would deliver. I'm calling them an early front runner for the finals.

Now that was a fun jive. J.R. can move and he can also sell a dance. Liked the costumes too.

Uh-oh, CA and Len both look sour. CA's on lift patrol again, and Len's upset that it was a Lindy Hop. Maybe that's why I liked it. I thought they should have kept the Lindy Hop for more than one season.

However, no matter what the scores are, I don't think J.R.'s going anywhere for a long time.

I HOPE not! He's good, and I like him!

I liked the Lindy Hop, too. A lot more than the regular jive and the jitterbug, which they used twice. I sometimes wonder if they didn't do that, plus bring over the American Smooth (which is used on practically every other DWTS version), because they allow lifts, and that's all CA can ever call out and look smart on. Plus, I doubt she wanted to give an 8 to anyone else but her two favorites. I do think the dances on here could use an over haul. I wouldn't miss the cha cha, jive, rumba, or slow waltz. I loved the mambo, salsa, and lindy hop, and would gladly get rid of the regular tango for the AT.

I'm just not sure exactly what Bruno wants her to DO about the top-heaviness. It's not really something she can practice away. DOPE!
