I can't wait to see what Mr. Smith and Ms. Burke have for their freestyle!

If it is anything like Cheryl and Drew's last year..I'll surely love it!

I think one of your big problems is that he tends to talk in athlete-speak. They always talk a certain way to describe a training regiment. Its a bit overdone, but remember that athletes have to psych themselves up sometimes.

Mario just talked about Karina "making him a better man". Can we nitpick THAT as much as Emmitt saying he "sacrificed"?
I agree! Where is all this hate coming from?? I actually like both teams, but I prefer Emmitt and Cheryl.

Maybe that was what I was picking up on, I guess.

I actually think Freestyle COULD favor Emmitt and Cheryl. Emmitt is a better "informal" dancer than formal one I think. And Karina's main strength for StuporMario is ballroom.

    Or not.

If you're talking to me, then yes, we can nitpick that if you want to. It sounded stupid too. All those dramatic, but dumb statements sound too phony for words.

I like all of the finalists, but prefer to watch Mario and Karina dance. Cheryl is great, but Emmitt isn't nearly as good a dancer as the rest.

Athlete speak. Okay, I'll buy that. I just don't like it when they talk about sacrifice in the context of a reality show. He didn't donate a kidney, didn't travel to Africa to nurse dying kids or anything. Just took a few well paid weeks and learned to dance while having lots of fun.
