I hadn't even though to that angle, but it would be interesting to see how well the pros took direction from someone else instead of being in charge of the choreography etc.

CA thought that this time she could see the difference in the side by side? Oh, let's be honest. Have we had that much trouble, even with the good stars, telling the difference in the side by side? I mean, obviously when you have the professional up against the amateur, it's going to show to one degree or another.

So far, I still want DL to go home next. I agree that he basically "stomped" his way through that.

    18.

That's about what I was expecting.

Given the rest of the scores tonight, 18 is probably fair for that. DL has hung around with worse scores, though. He must have a strong fan base to have survived the fours week one (and yeah, I know Dorothy saved the bottom two by exiting due to injury, but he wasn't even in the bottom three that week).

I think Cheryl's fan base is helping a lot as well.

Yes, I really expected DL to be a better dancer. He's trying, but he just doesn't have it.

Oh boy, DL STILL kinda moves like a wind-up toy.

Unless his fanbase saves him, that might've been his swan song dance.

I WILL say that The Three seemed to be kinder to him, tonight, which, THAT'S something, at least.
I think they may have realized that being too harsh on him could backfire on them, given his fanbase saving him from the bottom three that first week. And, to be fair, though DL's still not very good, he's been trying, and he hasn't been as grumpy as week one either. I think maybe he realized how he was coming off and didn't want to leave that kind of impression.

    That could very well be.
