I had to look up the definition to be sure of the meaning. Sounds much more sophisticated when you say it that way. See, who says you can't learn anything on these sites!
    Love it!

I like Pam. She's danced fairly well throughout the competiton and she has behaved in an appropriate manner on the show. I don't think DWTS has met any publicity they haven't liked yet. Many of the contestants aren't of the wholesome variety and I'm okay with that as well.

The same thing? No. Both cruel to animals? Yes. And to the same sort of animal.
That was my point. I've never heard any die hard animal rights activist ever be positive of rodeos

LOVE IT! I, too, looked up the meaning - though I sort of guessed. How educational the boards can be!

Bull fighting and bull riding are not even remotely the same thing.[/QUOTE]

Bull fighting and bull riding or two completely different things. Bull fighting is a sport in Hispanic cultures (Spain, Portugal, Mexico and parts of South America) wherein a bull is taunted by a bull fighter into trying to charge and gore him (the bull fighter) and is usually killed by the bull fighter. In bull fighting, both the matador and the bull can lose their lives. If the bull puts up a good show and shows tremendous bravery, he can be saved and put out to pasture for stud service. If the matador is not very, very careful, he risks being gored and/or mauled to death.

Bull riding is primarily an American sport featuring a cowboy who sits in a saddle atop a ferocious bull and tries to see how long he can last before he is thrown off the back of the bull. This sport is much more risky to the cowboy than the bull.

Usually in the Paso Doble, the man is the matador and the woman is the cape (not a flamenco dancer). Pamela looked good, but too deliberate and studied in her movements. I like Damien, but they just don't fit together somehow.

Bull fighting is extremely cruel, bull riding is not. Rodeo stock are treated very well, they work 8 seconds at a time for a season and spend the rest of the year impregnating cows. Tough life!

Exclusive: DWTS Producers Insist Pam Anderson Wear "Bra and Pasties"

After much debate with Dancing With the Stars producers, Pamela Anderson gave up the idea of going commando during her dance routines.

However, there is one lingering wardrobe issue.

"They continue to tell Pam that she must make her costume designs more modest, or she has to wear a bra and pasties," a show source tells the new issue of Us Weekly, on stands now.

"They live in fear of a Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction," continues the insider. "But Anderson is fighting them every step of the way."

Another problem for the Baywatch babe?

Despite the fact that the judges have given her good scores, the show's 22 million viewers haven't been impressed.

"That upsets her," says a source close to the former Playboy model, 42, who landed in the bottom two during the first elimination round. "I guess she's too sexy, so only men vote for her!"

But she's found fans in her castmates, whom she charms with her humor.

Before the first show, Anderson sent each female competitor a rose with a note reading, "Break a lash! Love, Pam."

And when recently offering the other women Altoids, she jokingly said, "Hey, ladies, come get dinner!"

Even if it's true about women not voting for women, I get tired of the excuse that people are jealous or she's too sexy that women are intimidated. Can't the same be said that men are voting for her because she's sexy? I think Pamela might have come in with the negative stereotype and playing up her ditzy blond bombshell routine didn't do her any favors.

I don't think a bra or pasties in an unrealistic demand here. A bra could be difficult to wear with some of the costumes so wear the pasties or have them sew in a cup. She should also just get real thin netted thongs for the bottom half. That would cover her and she wouldn't have to worry about any bunching.

She might have suffered the first week due to having a new partner. Her fans did keep her out of B2 the second week and I'm sure some of them were women. There have also been a lot of beautiful sexy women on the show over the years who have stayed in it until the end so I don't buy that argument either.

Actually, she's pretty covered up in that picture.
Way more than most of the pros ever are when they go out on the town.

    Where was that picture published?
    I haven't come across it.
    Thanks in advance

As far as the US magazine article about Pam being told by the producers to wear a bra and pasties.
    Who are they kidding?
Since this show has begun, the women - pros and celebs - have won extremely skimpy costumes. Pam has looked like a nun compared to most.
