The beloved actor starred in the classic television series Cheers and in ABC's 8 Simple Rules. He is also the only actor to have voiced a role in all of Pixar's feature films, including Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Cars and the upcoming Ratatouille.

    John Ratzenberger

    Style: Latin
    Nationality: Polish
    Based in: Los Angeles
Status: Currently competing with Edyta Sliwinska

    BACKGROUND:
Edyta partnered boxing champion Evander Holyfield in Season 1 when they came fifth. In Season 2 she and George Hamilton also came fifth. During Season 3, she partnered actor Joey Lawrence and they came in third place.

I could actually see this working.
Play a really uptempo version of "Please, Mr. Postman"

Sounds like something Jerry Springer would have done last time.

You know what I'd really love to see happen?

I think it would be hilarious if the first time John & Edyta were introduced on the show, all the audience yelled out in unison "John!" (like people in the bar used to do when Norm entered)

That would kick off the season of Cliffie so perfectly for me.
I live in my own world. But it's ok, they know me there.

    Oh Ratz!

But you know everyone will call him "Cliffie" instead.

In a million years, I would never have thought about "Cliff" for DWTS, but what a good choice! I suspect he'll be entertaining!

Ever since Cheers, the only scripted TV I have every watched is The Office and 30Rock (Will and Grace, too if/when I had time). I still laugh out loud whenever I get the chace to see repeats.

This seals it. I will definitely have to watch this season. I didn't really think anything could draw me back after the last two seasons of slimeballs and silicon, but they've managed to put together a really fun cast.

Wow, this couple was in the top 3 last night, John really came across last night. Hope he has the stamina to last and improve and have a much better showing than Jerry Springer.
