You know, it's not that I don't think veterans should be honored, but given what J.R. and Karina did a couple of seasons ago with their waltz...well, nobody is going to top that. So why not avoid yet another theme night and just show the tape of that dance again as a tribute to Veterans.

If I were Karina, I particularly would not want to choreograph another ballroom dance that was Veterans Day themed. It would just have to pale by comparison.

Gee, let me guess--S/D will choose Spatz for their trio....

So any bets on whether we will see "Take My Breath Away" as a tribute to Navy men? Maybe Max dressed as Maverick and Kirstie as the Kelly McGillis character? Maybe they can throw Val in as Goose?

I can't even watch it for another hour, but I'm not sure how I feel about Veteran's Day as a theme. It seems like a stretch for 'emotion points' and I don't like it used like that. I'll keep an open mind until I watch, however.
