Just saw Shawn and Derek and listened to the interview with Brook. Shawn sounded like she was sucking on helium before the interview. I didn't understand anything she said.

But it was a beautiful dance nonetheless.

Personally, I think they were playing to Spatz' half-sleeve tattoo with that one, too.

Len is PISSED.

Shawn is not going anywhere; Len's comment will make her fans as well as Derek's vote like crazy. It was not a proper samba and Len was right to call them out. However, a 7 was too low.

A seven from Len???? Biggest insult of the season by a landslide....wow!

I'm kind of sick of Derek breaking the rules, and then claiming it's all about entertaining the audience and taking risks. You can take risks and entertain the audience without breaking the rules, and yet every season he does at least one dance that looks more like a freestyle and offers the same reasons for doing so. I'm kind of glad Len didn't just pussyfoot around and give him a nine for breaking the rules but really smacked him for it.

Wow.

No WONDER Karina's neck got injured.

Ick! I think Grease is an incredibly over-rated musical, and now the "musicians" are making it sound even worse than normal.

Maybe it's just that I did some Christmas shopping recently, but that outfit of Karina's is making me think really naughty elf.
