Double elimination next week. Judging by the couple's reaction, I guess that was news to them.

Brooke asks Kirstie/Maks if there's anything they haven't seen from those two. Maks is hesistant, and Kirstie reminds him to keep it cha cha related. Tom says he wants to keep something up his non-existant sleeve.

I don't know that now was the best time to announce a double elimination. It kind of knocks the wind out of everyone--and most of them haven't even heard whether or not they're safe this week.
I'm not surprised about Joey/Kym, but since they usually throw a third couple in there that isn't in the bottom three, it wouldn't have surprised me to see anyone who got some criticism from the judges thrown in the bottom three, just for drama's sake.
Last week it was the Bieb and this week some teen sensation from GB. Is ABC desperately trying to draw a younger demographic?
