Is it just my lousy memory or wasn't there an early season, before the troupe, when the regular dancers demonstrated the dances for the next week instead of having a troupe number that didn't necessarily have anything to do with anything else going on that season? I like that. Or I imagine I would if it never actually happened.

They did, I think as recently as season 9 or 10. And they actually pointed out piviotal moves that are required in the dances.

Bristol was mad, but let her keep breaking the rules then. Can't have it both ways.

chrisg, I remember seeing Ricky Martin perform on the Grammys to Cup of Life. His first performance there I believe and when he burst onto the market. Talk about old!

Okay, I believe that they may be worried about fan backlash and are thus holding out on who's in the bottom three. Gilles is left and so is Apollo, right? Who else...I've lost track. But it doesn't really make a difference. All of the remaining dancers are still better than Bristol and one of them is going home before she does. In an all star season, there really is no way to justify that, because presumably everyone knows how to dance in an AS season. It's not supposed to be about improvement at this point. It's supposed to be about wowing the audience to an even greater degree.

Looks like Bristol's organized "fanbase" is at it again...I went to DialIdol last night and in the Raw Numbers, Bristol was way out in front, with twice as many as Emmitt at #2.

What a farce. Somehow Gilles' votes had to be "cleaned" in season 8, but this crap goes by without a touch. Bull.
