I was channel surfing to find something to keep me occupied for the next hour, and found a PBS show on the Titanic with LEN GOODMAN as the host. He used to be a welder in the London shipyards in the 1960s. I didn't know that!

I just can't believe I lost Val early again. And I worry Maks won't be long, either, especially with the dance off starting next week. I thought for sure he'd be around longer this season with Sherri. I'll miss her. I enjoyed her enthusiasm, as annoying as it was to others.

I am sorry to see her go because she was enjoying herself so much, but that was not a shocker like William would have been. Let's face it. She hasn't pulled really big scores, or looked like one of the judges' favorites to go all the way to the end. Katherine or even Donald would have been a much bigger shock. I think Tom's and Brook's ideas - and certainly the producers' ideas - of a shock are different from our idea of a shock.
