Len thought she coped well going first, needed more hip action; Bruno (already rolling his r's and flirting), said he timing and hand placement was good, needed to work on her hips and open up the sexiness. Guess we know what story line she'll have this season. CA thought it was strong and solid, but needs confidance.

She doesn't seem to have a lot of life or intensity going on -- she did all the steps fine, but she just went along for the ride.

That's what I thought-she did the steps fine, but it seemed forgettable other than that. Nothing else there to stand out. But a decent job otherwise.

I figured Maria would get 6s and 7s. I'd be surprised if anyone gets below a 6, but above an 8. They'll probably keep everyone really close. I think Kristi Yamaguchi is the only one to ever get a 9 her first week.

She DOES look really lovely! Very nice, indeed!

I saw her being interviewed on E!, and she said she hadn't worn a dress or heels in twenty years, but you gotta do what you gotta do. She also said she was going to have hair via extensions. I honestly don't think I would have recognized her if I didn't know that's who she was.
