OMG...I almost didn't recognize Mark without his spats!

Is it my imagination or do all Justin Bieber songs sound alike? Good thing his fans are largely too young for drinking games, because if you had to take a drink every time he said "Baby" or "Girl," you'd be in danger of alcohol poisoning by the second chorus.

Hope asked for words of advice, Maks said have fun. I don't know what she thought of that, but she did look to have fun. The judges think it was a big difference for her to have fun. She's finally getting it and might be booted

David's magic tricks didn't go off last night, but went off fine in confessionals (and scared Kym).

That'd be a new theme for them. They can play past clips of when he was actually someone and was a guest performer on this show, and have him relive his "baby" days. Wonder if he'll don a wig of what his hair looked like at 14 (?)

That still seems kind of lame. If they don't explain why they find the dances inspiring, they could just as easily say: Here's a pro doing a dance. It would be as meaningful.

Actually, it might be kind of fun to do what Robin Cousins used to do with Improv on Ice. Have the pro selected to do that piece of filer that week pull a song out of a hat and have to choreograph something to that. Cousins had the best choices too--always something that was workable but that hadn't really been used much for skating that really showed who could come up with something on the fly and who couldn't. I still remember poor Todd Eldredge having to come up with something for "Who Let the Dogs Out?" Definitely a stretch for him.

Robin Cousins = one of the most creative and entertaining male figure skaters in my lifetime.

Y'know, Hope is becoming the new Bristol. Actually, it Maks who is Bristol this time, because people are voting for him because he makes them swoon, and they want to get back at the judges. If David goes instead of Nancy, I'm not gonna be a happy pappy.

Hope stinks. America needs to get over it and get rid of her.
