BTW, every time I see the ads for the remake of Footloose, I cringe when I see Dennis Quaid playing her father? Dennis Quaid? The bad boy with the sexy grin in Breaking Away is now playing an ultra-conservative father of a twenty-something? I feel sooooooooooo old.

I was wondering why she was returning, then remembered she has something to promote. Waiting for the day when they'll bypass the 'no ballroom experience' rule and bring her on as a celeb.

I wonder if Mark will crash their dance so people think he's cool, too.

But I always liked Julianne, no reservations.

I've missed her since she's been gone.

I find her the least objectionable of the three, and her two wins came with people that I don't think anyone necessarily expected to be all that good (Apollo and Helio). She isn't as given to mugging as the other two either.

I love both the Hough's. IMO, they are the most talented dancers and choreographers to have performed on the show. And, I think they are genuinely good people and great supporters of their partners.

To take it a step further, I also like Mark Ballas! He's a great dancer and choreographer as well. And where some may see arrogance, I see enthusiasm .... and at the end of the day, they are very young ... working very hard at developing careers for themselves in a very difficult business.
