I can't believe this show is still two hours. Not looking forward to the insta-dance, either. Hope Ralph is okay to dance, and Kirstie and Romeo rebound. Also hope there's not a ton of love spread to Mark over last week.

Someone please refresh my memory. What is an "instant dance" and why is it important to have it be part of the competition tonight?

Favorite challenge? Nah, I think the Instant Dance is lame! Although Kyle Massey's jive last year was spectacular!

Insta-dance is where they get their music 20 minutes in advance. So they've been practicing the routine, just not to the music and not knowing what it is. This was the moment last season where Maks and CA had their blow up.

Yay, Chelsea and Mark first...I'm so excited to get these two out of the way EARLY...even though we have to see them again.

I must say, I am proud of Chelsea for telling Mark that he shouldn't act like that because it doesn't only reflect him, it reflects her as well.
