Love Kristie's attitude toward her injury. Huge change from the weep fests of previous seasons.
Oh, oh....wardrobe malfunction. Geez, this really is like figure skating night--Kristie catches her skate, er heel, in her skirt. Wait, her shoe came off? Well, at Four Continents this year, an ice dancer had his heel separate from his boot. Same difference.
Wasn't their best. Crap. Smug little Mark will get the top of the leader board back.
Why can't they come up with better costumes for Kirstie? I know she's larger than a lot of their contestants, but they managed to come up with flattering outfits for Wendy Williams, and she wasn't teeny-tiny either. Her midsection needs more support--and I'm not being unkind about her size. A lot of us could use some support there. Unless Kirstie just prefers not to go the Spanx/girdle route, and if that's her choice, rather than wardrobe's, I've got no problem with it.
I'd like to think Chelsea/Mark getting high scores would make people vote elsewhere, but they've probably got hard core supporters who are only voting for them and rooting for them. I have a lot of couples I'm rooting for, and splitting my votes up. The high scores, and Len's 8, will probably only fuel their fire even more. I hope this isn't a sign that the season will turn into the Chelsea/Mark show and they wind up on top every week, even when they rule break. Mark needs to get over himself, his ego, and his entitled attitude that he's the best thing to ever happen to this show. I rarely enjoy any of his dancing or choreography.
