5/25 Finale Pt 2 - Show Discussion Thread **Spoilers**

Derek is a FANTASTIC dancer and choreographer...but it's just not fair that he ALWAYS gets a really good partner.

Nicole is beautiful and a GREAT dancer.....but it's just not fair that the producers put a singer/dancer in this competition.

I know she has never done ballroom before....but she is used to learning dance routines as part of her career. She is proficient at learning the steps, she is knowledgable about how to move her body and what her body looks like moving to music.

Compare that to someone with little dance experience, Niecy, or NO dance experience, Kate (although I don't think anything would help her) and they don't have as much experience or ANY experience learning dance steps or how their body looks and moves to music.

I think Nicole is terrific and I feel bad that she gets reamed, but it just takes away from the "spirit" of what the show is supposed to be - to me.

I think Shannen could have been a contender...too bad she was sacrificed....

Shannen, Aiden, and Buzz are back. I really haven't missed Mark this season. Thank god Shannen didn't last long enough for his dad to step in.

So the celebs that didn't matter are going to get some bit routine while the bigger names get more time I guess.

Buzz gets beamed onto the stage and is trying to do a paso cape twirl to Star Wars.

I adore Buzz, but that was painful.

Truthfully I think Erin should go out 3rd but I fear Evan will instead. They might want an all female finale as they've never had one before.

I still don't think Nicole wins although she really has been the best of the bunch with Evan a close second.

I think Shannon had a lot of potential.

Aiden was cute but just didn't improve enough to stay around.

Buzz is a sweetheart and his dancing during the dances he really could do wasn't bad.

Pam's got her hottest dance yet, and Tom asks if Kate can re-deem herself (no, and why?)

Call me nuts but I still think Evan will pull it off. I'm so nervous I'm baking cookies until the show starts out here. :-)

The finale isn't done but I'm going through withdrawls already. I hope next season is better.

I didn't need to see Jake pantless again.

I have to admit, I loved Buzz's "Star Wars" dance. It was cute (even if I agree the cape was a bit oddly twirled). For someone who is in his 80s, he did a very good job dancing and he SERIOUSLY tried, which I didn't feel Cloris Leachman did when she was in the show.

Sounds like they're about to eliminate the third place winner. I agree with people I have a feeling it's going to be Evan... though I would hope that it's Nicole if it has to be one or the other.

I love Buzz too....it was a painful dance...but the man moves pretty dog gone good to me anyway for being 80 years old
