5/25 Finale Pt 2 - Show Discussion Thread **Spoilers**

I'm glad Evan's back to being hot.

I was worried after that freestyle last night that he might have to turn in his hotness card forever...CA was right about redemption.

Derek is a FANTASTIC dancer and choreographer...but it's just not fair that he ALWAYS gets a really good partner.

Nicole is beautiful and a GREAT dancer.....but it's just not fair that the producers put a singer/dancer in this competition.

I know she has never done ballroom before....but she is used to learning dance routines as part of her career. She is proficient at learning the steps, she is knowledgable about how to move her body and what her body looks like moving to music.

Compare that to someone with little dance experience, Niecy, or NO dance experience, Kate (although I don't think anything would help her) and they don't have as much experience or ANY experience learning dance steps or how their body looks and moves to music.

I think Nicole is terrific and I feel bad that she gets reamed, but it just takes away from the "spirit" of what the show is supposed to be - to me.

JMO.

Nicole is a fabulous dancer; that I've never denied. But she and Derek looked like two pros standing there dancing together. I don't get that with Evan or Erin.

I'm glad they're all going with their AT. That was a good encore. Bruno says he danced it like a killer, kept it slick and stylish, and pitched it at the right moment. CA gives her little hands rub, 'it's getting good', says it's redemption after last night. Len says it's the most fantastic season and highest standard he's ever seen.

I guess they're trying to keep it unpredictable on how they're going to rank, but still calling Nicole for #1.

That split lift in the AT is awesome. Loved it the first time, and loved it even more tonight!!!

Erin and Maks' AT should be interesting. Her legs can be like noodles sometimes.
