There's my childhood hero, Emmitt Smith. He looks so handsome tonight.

I missed the first few minutes of the show -- Emmitt isn't going to dance, is he? He's just hanging out in the former winners section, probably, right?

Derek has better hip movements than any of the women on that show.

One of my favorite songs. It may never sound the same to me again after this band gets done with it (Lady in Red).

I found that a little dull I must say, but not to solely pick on Nicole/Derek for it, I just don't like the rumba. Nicole looked like she was trying too hard.

Gimmicky lift at the end. The judges will love it.

I'm not sure I'm crazy about Derek's choreography on this one. It seemed jerky in places to me.

But what do I know with little to no dance experience.

CA says the only way she could grow was too become vulnerable, say a lift (ha! Gimmicky lift gets dinged!) Len looks puzzled. So am I actually, as that looked like she lifted without help, which is what I thought the rule was. CA loved it lift aside. Len liked it but thought there was a lack of confidence-CA tries to interrupt but he says she went on about the lift. Bruno rolls his r's and loved it. Hmm, that wasn't too bad.
