I don't know why he even bothers trying to cover for her anymore. The rehearsal packages are brutally honest enough that he can't really spin it positively. She didn't give a damn this week, which pissed him off, and it showed. Be honest for once.

Cheryl is over Chad, and wasn't afraid to show it. I liked that about her, because Chad has gone as far as he will go. It's time to stop propping Kate up.

Giving her fives is an insult to those who are out there really giving it their all and working hard. The most she should have gotten was 12 and that would have been generous.

So between her immense media blitz last week, the judges telling her like it is (I guess orders or not even they have their breaking points), and the song asking us not to forget her (we'd love to Kate), maybe this is all foreshadowing to her elimination.

Except the judges didn't REALLY tell her like it is. They scored her 2 points higher than she deserved each, and invented this idea that she was "graceful", even if just strolling (she wasn't).

So no. They're still under marching orders to soft-peddle with her and allow her reasonably huge home vote buoy her.

Since Maks and Tony are such good friends, I wonder how Tony would react if they outlasted him and Erin. Really, any of the pros. Kate needs to go. It's not fair and if she's not commited to the show, it's just not fair to the others that are giving up 6-8 hours of their lives everyday, to the ones who have kids, or other careers.
