Heyyyyyyyyy.. this is the first glance of Louie that I've seen. Yes, he has slicked back his hair and he doesn't look half bad. Very Maks-ish.

So I guess Maks helped. Apparently Louie's parents wanted help with his appearance. Louie said he's not cutting his hair, and Maks doesn't think he should, but said it wasn't right for the rumba.

I know there are those on here that do not like Melissa, but I like Melissa and Mark and I think they were scored too low at 6 - 6 -7. Not as much difference as the scores are reflecting, in my opinion. The judges definitely seem to base part of their scores on who they like best, not on the dances.

Just managed to get the converter to work in time to see Mark and Melissa.

I thought she was mediocre at best. A samba that lack rhythm, sexiness, and gaiety isn't a samba.

And she does NOT have the legs for that dress! Please put her in longer skirts, folks!

Louie and C were amazing. The first time I've been impressed by them. I don't know what Len was talking about. I loved Tom's joke, "Beethoven Was a Hack"!

Considering the scores last week, I think it was right on. Aaron/Karina were overscored, imo. I don't think Melissa gave a performance worth anything more than a 21. Much like Derek, Mark outdances his partner, although not in a good way. It seemed not enough dancing and more about tricks and flipping around the stage.

ETA: I agree. That was disappointing. I've never liked Mark's sambas, though. Kristi's was okay, but that was the only one. And it was Kristi.

I had seen your comment earlier and realized that I hadn't caught a glimpse of him.

Now that I see him dance, he looks very Louis.

I don't like him, Joanna, or Melissa. Not extreme dislike for Melissa like the other two, but I'm more anti-Mark. And she just rubs me the wrong way.
