Hey, if it means a Gilles win, I'm all for itSince Helio's win, Maks comments about producer manipulation, the obvious way they wanted Kristi to win, I've believed that they may have a hand the results. Maybe not outright rigging them, but the last dance the couples do solely for the judges scores could give them a sway in the direction they want. I always believed they didn't want Brooke to win, they wanted Derek, to complete the Hough/Ballas dynasty. Plus, since season 3, it had been all athletes that had won. Something Len said to both Jason and Warren had me curious, when he said "you're the people's champion, even if you aren't our champion". Wouldn't that mean the people would in fact vote for them to win? I mean, Kristi was a well known and very likeable, popular figure skater, so her winning over Jason wasn't a surprise (all the propping her up aside). But I didn't believe Brooke went in being that well known, and the fact she was being given 10's the second dance had me knowing she was "the one". I didn't find her dancing that great, though better than Warren. But he became a huge favorite from the word go, when many didn't have high expectations. Seriously, Tom didn't even sound that enthusiastic when he announced Brooke as the champion.

she won even though I am hard pressed to reconcile that wide discrepency of the popular vote on DI with the Finale. She would have had to had all 10s, and he would have had to have had 6s and 7s or something like that.
