Pre-show, I never thought that Cody would make it very far into the competition. His means of fame was being a guest star on a tween TV show!

But good for him, he made it all the way to the F4. I think he's going to be eliminated next, but congrats to him.

I think he only made it over Maurice BECAUSE of the Tween thing. Maurice doesn't have that huge automatic voting base.

Possibly, but this show doesn't really appeal to tweens, so I doubt that many of them are voting. Cody had the benefit of having Edyta as a partner. Out of all the professionals, she has one of the biggest fanbases, and her fans definitely didn't want to see her get eliminated twice in one season.

I think Cody made it through because of Julianne's fans and their support. People really wanted to see her comeback to the competition.

Although he's nt my favorite of all the remaining, I definitely give him a lot of credit. He's shown improvement and a lot of personality. I think that may have helped him even more than Julianne.

Personally, I like Cody better with Edyta than Julianne. He seemed more different and focused with Edyta. I don't know if he would have been like that all season or if it just had to do with having a new partner come in and take over after 3 months. Much like Warren, he's grown on me this season. I loved that clip when his friends came into the rehearsal.

I also think Julianne's fan base has gotten him this far and probably saved him last week. He probably would have gotten fairly far with Edyta, but I don't know if he would have made the final 4 with her.
