I honestly was not surprized at Rachel being in the bottom two. Not for any other reason than no one even thought to vote for Rachel. Everyone else but Rachel stood out last week. There would have been no way for her to leave last week anyways. There will be no way for Rachel to be in the bottom two this week either. I am guessing that her being in the final two last week gave her a lot of votes for this week.
I've been watching this show, and Kelly and Alec are my favorite couple.
What is it about them that appeals to you?Originally Posted by Atlantis
This is my first time seeing this, on the rerun... the first rumba looked alright! They pulled off all the moves, but Rachel didn't quite have the feel of the rumba, and it didn't show much musicality... but I blame that on the song that wasn't a rumba, but a nightclub 2-step.

Quickstep is a TOUGH dance- much harder than waltz. They should have done a foxtrot or waltz first...

Joey's steps are way too big, they need to be tight and smooth- get that bounce out of your quickstep- it's not a polka!

I have been watching this show for the last couple of weeks and was very put off that Trista was let go last week. Kelly was just downright awful. And she was awful again last night. I've read the ABC board and those people are just fan crazed wackos. John, Joey, and Rachel and clearly the ones that are getting it. I actually enjoy watching them work the floor. No, this isn't real ballroom dancing, but it makes for some good Wednesday night fun.

Oh, don't be so hard on Kelly! She was great last night!
