I'm trying to figyre out WHY this show is NOT working. Cute guys and girls, nice choreography...

SYTYCD -the same category of shows- just grabs you from the very first episode.

Why this one is not working? What is missing?

I think it's the outside venue and all that screaming from the audience, loud music, and looks unorganized.

This number with the 4 girls: NOT GOOD. It was just blah and their voices were wavering all over the place.

My thoughts on the earlier part of the show:
I didn't like either of the full group numbers. Maybe they get chaotic with that many people...? The number with the four guys I thought was great. The one with the 3 guys I didn't like as much. The song "Hard to Handle" doesn't strike me as a hip-hop style dance song.

The number with the 3 girls: I think these girls are definitely the strongest vocally. The two non-caucasian girls are shoe-ins. I hope the third girl from this group gets picked also.

I must be the only one watching this show. I wouldn't even be watching if there were any better choices tonight. They are lucky Medium doesn't start till 9:00...

I don't think the choreography for the girls was nearly as aggressive/interesting/fun/challenging as the guys.
