Joe's sister's restaurant was awesome! Wonderful food, great cappucino, so pretty in decor. His sister was there and she is adorable and beautiful. I can't believe how the producers totally edited that party (and Joe's appearances) to put the crazy Italian family spin on them--his family is very gracious and classy. I think they edited Joe the same way--played up the parts that looked pushy and flashy and played down the nice guy parts.

The part that I disagree with is....the spin on the Italian family...what you saw is what you get. I have been to 3 of Joe's family events...don't get me wrong they are not horrible, mean people by any means....that's not at all what we saw on T.V but they are loud, obnoxious and overwhelming.

and as we all have seen....Joe is a far cry from a classy guy.
I am surprised that the name and location of Joe's sister restaurant was not mentioned during the family visit. Maybe that is on the editing floor.
I'm sure when Joe's family escorted him to the audition they saw the show as a great opportunity to win dollars and advertise Joe and the restaurant.
Joe looked like the little toad that he is standing next to Dominic before his chubby butt was kicked to the curb. He deserves a biatch like Laura.
