*5/24 Show Discussion Finale* SPOILERS

So far the show has just been recaps and showing lots of celebs in the audience. They are giving props to Jesse Brinkley and Alfonso Gomez right now.

The shot of Jesse's little girl crying is sad. They are showing the earlier fight of Gomez/Brinkly now. So far unedited.

Whoa, they kept fighting after the bell on round one. Announcers think Jesse won the first round.

Round 2, too close for me to call. Jesse's girl is still crying.

Round 3, Alfonso giving bigger punches and pushes Jesse down (no knockout). Jesse has a cut over his left eye and loses his mouthpiece and they keep fighting because the ref couldn't get a break in the action to put it back in for a little bit. Alfonso won Rd 3 IMO.

I don't know about that Siryn. Two of them were in her a sec ago and didn't lock them then.

Round 4 - Jesse comes out strong. Gomez taking big shots but getting off a few himself. Gomez took a BIG uppercut. Jesse getting tired now. Gomez getting off good shots now, Jesse not so much. I give the round to Gomez who made a big comeback.

Final Round 5 - Alfonso dominating. Jesse not covering enough. Jesse looking for the knockout. Gomez celebrating in the last 10 seconds raising his arms and Jesse almost knocks him out w/a big punch.

I did notice some editing afterall. But showed most of the fight w/no special effects. Sugar Ray and Rocky calling Gomez as the winner.

Fonso won this pretty easily... Jesse maybe won 1 round, 2 at best.

I'm glad they're also showing the Gomez-Brinkley fight.

And the winner is Alfonso Gomez by unanimous decision.

Good fight by both guys. I think Alfonso may have had the better stamina and had better combo shots. But that is just my take on it of course.

Alfonso won the $200,000 purse and a Toyota Tacoma.
