Round 2: another warning to sto the wrestling

Round 2 : All 3 commentators think Tarick can take this fight--if he wants it

Tarick keeps getting a warning about closing that glove

Sidenote: I really love that Contender theme song. It pumps me up.

Another crappy fight from what I've read about the first two. I only saw this one. Jimmy could find his corner for the first three rounds after the bell...Tarick grabbin' Jimmy for the last three rounds. Pretty pathetic. He even had a point deducted for that bs. I guess seeing the edited fights during the show was a good idea. A lot of these guys are not very good boxers at all. Tarick had a bloody nose and a cut over his left eye at the end of the fight. 49-45, 49-45, 47-47

Now that I've watched these fights unedited, Mark Burnett is a genious. He captured the hard hits, the jabs, and the uppercuts just perfectly.

Now Phat's recaps about checking out each other in the showers takes on an entirely definite meaning when I saw all the "hugging" today. :whistle

Jimmy vs. tarick was the most boring fight in this tournament. Tarick barely ever threw a shot. They said he wants to retire/quit boxing after this match. Im glad these guys got nice amount of money and it wasn't all just for that million. Will jesse vs. alfonso match be broadcasted on TV or how can we see it?

Not sure why, but the World Middleweight Ratings have changed. Manfredo jr down 7 spots to #20. Sergio Mora steady at #12

Brinkley up 2 to #23
Alfonso Gomez also up 6 to #28.

Luvs they were broadcast on Yahoo today from 12-3 pm EST. Since we saw nothing of Gomez/Brinkley I am assuming and hoping that GOMEZ graces our TV screens during the 2hr finale. 8 PM EST. Wheeeeeeeee
