That is exactly the impression I got, too. (I am sorry Ahmed, but you get the most annoying contestant award for the week. Perhaps even for the whole show.)
ps. This is just my opinion in the matter.

Hell, any night is risky. I hope that it hung on to some of the Apprentice audience, and that they are hooked.
Ohhh... Of course it would be. I watched the show last night and enjoyed it, to my surprise. I wasn't going to watch (and didn't on Monday) but they sucked me in! Of course it would be on at the same time as EM:HE, why would I even think that I could get two hours of non-conflicting programming?
    :rolleyes

That whole thing with Ishe and Jesse was just to create more drama I think, make us tune in until when he actually fights Ahmed. Ooohhh I really can't stand that guy. I hope Ishe knocks him out 30 seconds into round one.
    Could does not mean should

I agree that Ishe is being played up to introduce and stoke the drama on this show. Perhaps some of the other fighters are also having personality conflicts, but nothing as lively as Ishe/Ahmed and Ishe/Jesse, and showcasing Ishe's conflicts keeps the drama front and center.

    Ishe is a chump!

    Ishe man!!

What's up with all the trash talking and then not stepping up to the challenge? I think Ishe is a chump for dodging Ahmed. There is absolutely no legitimate advantage to postponing your fight. This is not the apprentice where you can buy yourself some time by postponing being Project Manager. In this show, in order to advance to the next round you MUST fight someone.

Being able to choose your opponent is a big advantage over having your opponent choose you! Also, it is a lot more advantageous to go first since you have more weak opponents to pick from. So Ishe gave up two big advantages this week by being a chump and not calling out Ahmed! Either he's scared or just stupid... or a little bit of both.

Sorry, if this has been covered earlier, but who is the woman who hangs out with Stallone and Sugar Ray?

Roses, that's Jackie, she's a boxing manager. She hasn't gotten much airtime yet. They also have a cut-man/trainer. Forgot his name...

Thanks, Siryn. Jackie, as in Jackie Kallen? The Jackie Kallen who Meg Ryan played in Against the Ropes? Cool.

What turns me off even more than the slick-cut, super-edited fights are the presence of families. Manfredo mentioned that his family had never seen him fight before. You know why? ....because boxing is the only sport where the entire purpose is violence, which is a very adult-oriented activity. I put it right up there with pornography, smoking and drinking. CHILDREN DO NOT BELONG NEAR A BOXING RING. EVER. Especially any children under the age of 12. That's just sick. Amazing that we don't mind exposing these tykes to live pain and suffering and grievous violence right in front of their faces.......but we'll be damned if they get exposed to a breast on TV. Society is seriously seriously messed up.

I was hoping there was someone on this planet who felt as appalled as I do. These young children have no place there.
