i'm agreeing with Greenie... Hold Em Poker is all about the betting- and how can you possibly play a betting game, online, with fake money? The On-Line (no money) version instills bad habits... i played hold em with a bunch of friends last weekend and lost quite a bit of money chasing straights and flushes (something you can do online when there are no consequences).
Yup, totally different (and fun) game with money on the line.
At Pokerstars you can play pretty cheap too. They have penny hands.

I've been moved to another table, and just took a guy who went all-in.
And another win... he controls the table... it is mastery at work...
There's no pride in poker. You have to learn to lay down your cards, say goodbye to your cash, and not worry about it until next hand.
I have seen a couple of all ins now at your table where you gotta shake your head at them. One guy tried to bluff an all in on 4th street. By then it is too late, someone has a good hand, and isn't going to back off it.
I just got killed on the river, and had the guy on 4th street. That hurt. It was an all-in for aruond $4k.
