Good news; thanks to backlash the crew of the show are at least getting paid what they would normally get for the full season at an estimated cost of 1 million dollars.

Let's think about this for a moment. The combined salary for the entire CREW of 2AHM (cameramen, assistants, grips, etc) for the missing episodes amounts to 1+ million dollars. Meanwhile, King Idiot makes somewhere around 2 million per EPISODE, yet is crying about being underpaid. And we feel sorry for him why?

Wow...yes, now I can visualize that...long, long ago! Thanks!
And good news for the crew....do the other actors get paid as well?

Charlie Sheen Fired from 'Two and a Half Men'

According to a Variety report, Warner Bros. has terminated Sheen's employment on 'Two and a Half Men.' The studio sent the outspoken star a letter today informing him of the decision.

UPDATE: Sheen released the following statement to TMZ:

"This is very good news. They continue to be in breach, like so many whales. It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of the bazillions, never have to look at whatshisc--k [Chuck Lorre] again and I never have to put on those silly shirts for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension."
    Anyone surprised?

So, I'm confused. I read that Charlie Sheen was fired but tonight on ET they said they're trying to work out a deal to bring him back - like get the director(?) that he had a problem with away working in another capacity. I replayed it to make sure they really said it. So, is he fired or isn't he?

    Yes, he was fired.
However, as in most industries, money talks.
Charlie brings in the money for CBS.
I wouldn't count him out just yet......

Actually, that might be just what he needs to put things in perspective. Kudos to Sean Penn for thinking outside the box and trying to help his friend sort things out.

Actually, he was costing them a lot of money at the end. He's finished there. If he sues, they will countersue for about $250 million.

I suppose that if it's litigated, they might settle with him. But they won't be filming him.

So odd that ET went with the story that he might be back on the show AFTER the news he was fired. I don't think they tape that show in advance, so why the mistake?
