History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Charles Barkley had that swing before Hank Haney worked with him to try & correct it. And Barkley can swing well occasionally, but not consistently. As for Tiger & his physique....I would think that he is not taking performance enhancing drugs. His body is maturing aided by his strenuous workouts...in the gym and out.Originally Posted by PugMum;3775624;
As for Tiger as be all and end all for golf...golf is cyclical. While Tiger hits the ball far there are now young golfers who can hit the ball even further. There are young golfers who show just has much talent as Tiger has in his past and could very well morph into the next golf media darling. Between Fujikawa from Japan and Yang from S Korea golf has 2 athletes who are not intimidated by Woods, and in Yang's case defeated him in a major when Tiger was leading.
Never kick a fresh turd on a hot day---Harry S. Truman
The truth is going to come out about Tiger using performance drugs. The people that would have helped cover up Tiger's lies are all bailing now, soon the only way to make money off him will be to sell stories about what a liar and all around crapfest his life is/was. Oh, to those of you who still wanna defend him, just give this about six months.
It's not about knocking him down, it's about how far above others he himself placed himself. I just cant stand the sanctimonious way Tiger has been portrayed by Tiger.
Go away now, Tiger.
I read this morning that Tiger is still seeing Rachel U. Apparently he flew to LA Dec 4 to see her, now she is in Palm Beach only 500' from Tiger's yacht.
Okay I love FORT's casino, but I really am not very good. If anyone wants to donate their FORT $$ I would gladly accept http://www.fansofrealitytv.com/forum....php?do=donate
They said she was in Palm Beach visiting her socialite mom, yeah right. I think Rachel may be the real deal in Tiger's eyes, and vice-versa with the money she was paid for her silence. I just wish Elin would run, with all the money she can get, and then some.Originally Posted by Bonbonlover;3776596;

If Rachel thinks that she will now be "the only one", she is delusional. But then maybe she is fine with putting herself at great health (even life) and emotional risk.Originally Posted by chitex3;3776611;
Of course it is possible that Tiger will change (if he thinks he needs to change, and wants to change), but it doesn't seem very likely to me.
The Bachelor/Bachelorette series is a soap opera with unskilled actors, bad writing, and beautiful locations...it even edits the real moon!

There are still many people who do not understand how in the world it can be anybody else's business what Tiger Woods does in his private life and off the golf course.
However, I think that the following article explains well how Tiger's actions off the golf course have adversely affected many in a detrimental manner and why they are interested in his personal life.
Woods Scandal Costs Shareholders Billions Updated: 3 hours 13 minutes ago

(Dec. 28) -- Infidelity has its price. Just ask shareholders of Nike, Pepsi and EA Sports, three of Tiger Woods' biggest corporate benefactors.
According to a new study by economists at the University of California Davis, the Woods scandal has cost those who own stock in the golfer's chief sponsors an estimated $12 billion.
The study, conducted by economics professors Christopher R. Knittel and Victor Stango, charted the stock performance of the top eight companies sponsoring Tiger Woods in the wake of the revelations stemming from his late-night car wreck.
"This is what is called an event study," Knittel said. "We looked at the stock prices of these companies relative to the market as a whole and tracked them accordingly."
Nike, one of Tiger Woods' biggest sponsors, has lost an estimated $1.3 billion in stock value since the car accident that lead to revelations of the golfer's infidelity.
According to Knittel and Stango's tally, Accenture, Gillette and Gatorade lost 2 percent to 3 percent of their aggregate market value since Woods' alleged serial adultery surfaced. Pepsi, Nike and EA Sports have lost over 4 percent.
For Nike alone, "that means roughly $1.3 billion in losses," Knittel said.
Of all the things in the world I've lost, I miss my mind the most.
