I read that there was a complaint. And that no matter what they have to check it out. Could've been anyone who called. They just did a routine check and left. But I agree.....that was not needed at all.

Is this a serious question? Charities will suffer, because the lack of Tiger on the golf course means less people coming to watch the games. The less people, fans watching, the less revenue is made. Golf on TV is much less marketable (read companies buying commericials on TV) due to the lack of Tiger. Some experts are predicting a 50% drop in TV ad revenue.

It's a snowball effect. Tiger is a major part of the business aspect of golf. Without it, companies and businesses lose money, therefore less money is available to donate to charities.

I guess since Tiger is out they better find them another star to bring in the people and the revenue. Don't think it is Tigers responsibility to see that the charities are well funded.

I guess I thought the question was a serious one or I wouldn't have wrote it.

Tiger can't bear the weight and responsibility of TV revenue, event sponsorship, charity coffers... I think he is doing the right thing by focusing on his family. We all do wrong, and Tiger has done very very wrong. It is how we deal with our mistakes which I think is important. I hope he continues to put his family front and center of his thoughts.
Okay I love FORT's casino, but I really am not very good. If anyone wants to donate their FORT $$ I would gladly accept http://www.fansofrealitytv.com/forum....php?do=donate

    Nennie--hi.

That's the problem--there is no one who is even close to being as big a star as Tiger.

When he stopped playing to have his knee surgery last year tv golf audiences fell off by 50%.

    Just wanted to share....

Tiger Woods had crisis managers bail him out of sticky situations with women long before Rachel Uchitel became a household name -- sources tell TMZ.

Several years before Tiger Woods married Elin Nordegren, his lawyers and PR firm got him out of a messy situation over an Orlando woman who hooked up with the golfer.

We're told Tiger had met a cocktail waitress at an Orlando bar and the two drove off together. They pulled over and stopped on the side of a remote road. A cop car drove by and the officer became suspicious and approached the vehicle. We're told there was an exchange between the officer and Tiger. It does not appear anyone was arrested or cited.

One of Tiger's handlers at the time tells TMZ Tiger's PR firm and lawyer were worried the woman might sell her story and they "negotiated a carefully-crafted settlement" with her -- in the end, she never sold or went public with her story.

Sources say there were other situations where Tiger's team resolved messy situations with women that "could reflect negatively on his squeaky-clean image." The reps were especially worried because of the morals clauses in various contracts Tiger had signed.

At this point, ANY of us could say we've slept with him and get money for it. That's why they aren't naming names and we're getting the old "source" chestnut."

Tag Heuer is standing by Tiger. Good for them, because this scandal has reached ridiculous levels. This is an issue between he and his wife.
Actually, Tag Heuer is reassessing their relationship with Tiger Woods now. Those sponsors who do not have products directly related to golf are finding that without his unquestioned integrity, Tiger Woods is a liability.

NEW YORK (AP) Swiss watch maker Tag Heuer says it will spend the next few weeks assessing its endorsement relationship with golfer Tiger Woods.

The statement from the company Monday afternoon marked a less enthusiastic stance about the world's richest athlete than the company took earlier in the day.

That's when a spokeswoman told The Associated Press the company would continue with Woods, whom she called "the best in his domain."

The luxury watchmaker's new statement Monday says that because of Woods' indefinite leave from golf, it is examining its long-term relationship with him.

The statement comes a day after consulting firm Accenture dropped ties with Woods.

I follow golf very closely and I know what happens when Tiger doesn't play but this is the PGA tours players responsibility to pick up the gauntlet and keep it what it was.....stars die and come and go and if the reliance was on Tiger alone then what fools they were because there was coming a time when Tiger was going to leave because I do not believe he intended to play the tour forever.

Phil Mickleson is the next closest to TIger in popularity so maybe he needs to become the star. The thing with Phil is he runs hot and cold in his play. When he is on his game he is brilliant.
