Also a story I only heard a part of--suppposedly $5 million dollars in CASH has been "discovered." Supposed Michael knew where the money was--he had someone he trusted hold the money for him.
If he had all this extra money hidden wherever, how come he had so many other debts? He owed some pharmacy over 100 grand! Why did he not pay off that debt?

That would be a good question for a psychologist--I mean that seriously.

People do this all the time--though not with that large amount of cash.

Money issues can be very complex. We already know that Michael became extremely paranoid in his later years. Possibly the result of the many different drugs he was taking.

Btw--having cash available would be very handy when buying drugs--and doctors.

Now they are searching Dr.Murray's home in Las Vegas. Why do they wait almost a month?

I think they waited all this time to see what turns up in the autopsy / toxicology reports. They had, at the beginning, searched his office in Texas. Apppears they were waiting for more probable cause / possible evidence before they could get a search warrant for the offices in Vegas.

They executed search warrnts on both his house and his office.

They had to wait until they had probable cause and specific items to search for.
You can't use a search warrant for a fishing expedition no matter what they say on crime shows on tv.

I guess since they waited a few weeks to search here in Houston, then a week later in Vegas, wouldn't he have time to remove things? Home in Vegas, pre-foreclosure. Hadn't made a payment since January.

From what the news said, it appeared to be his office (s) as opposed to his home.

Warrants are not for fishing expeditions--you have to give the judge a list of specific items you are looking for--and give the judge a good reason for why those items might be important for your investigation.

You can't get a warrant signed by a judge just because you have some vague suspicions.

Re: Michael Jackson is Dead at 50 yrs. of age

Just heard this on the evening Access Hollywood show--and if it is true it is very disturbing and raises suspicions--

The chef for Michael talks about the morning he died.

She says that the doctor--Murray--who usually came down to get Michael's breakfast at a specific time--did NOT come to get his breakfast--

--bu some time later ran down the stairs shouting--"Call security! And get Prince Michael!"

Some time later all 19 of the staff were told to leave the house immediately.

It was only AFTER they all left that the 911 call was finally made.

It really sounds like Michael might have been in serious trouble--and quite possibly dead--as has been claimed--long before the EMTs were called.

Note also that Doctor Murray seemed to be freaking out during an emergency.

Not good behavior for any physician in a serious situation.

If this account is true it is very sad.

Well, let's see now.....Anna Nicole was already very dead when EMS was called. Heath Ledger was already very dead when EMS was called. It would/is no surprise that MJ would have been already dead when EMS was called. As I see it, it's one thing when a famous person dies outdoors in public, and a very different situation when a famous person dies out of range of the public eye. Gotta get that spin going and figure out the story, first.
