I recognize her name - did she have anything interesting to say?

She's on Nancy Grace often and I believe she is or was a judge. I'm aftaid MJ won't be resting in peace for a long time to come given all the news and speculation. I hope Katherine and the family can shield the children from it the way Michael did.

Some of the comments I hear - from credible sources, no less - say this thing "will go on for weeks". Weeks? How about years or even decades. I agree with you Bunny, MJ won't rest in peace for a very long time.

The Lawyer on the View was Janine Pirro. Their have been some stories about her in the NY press in the not so distant past.

I became familiar with her from CoutTV. She was a frequent commentator on big on-going cases. I think she's pretty impressive.

ABC is reporting that Debbie Roe and Katherine Jackson have come to an agreement whereby Roe would not try to gain custody of Paris and Prince Michael. The monetary settlement is supposedly $4 million.

Also a part of the settlemnt is that Joe will NOT have anything to do with the children--period.

I did not hear this report myself but heard about it.
Also--as far as I know there is NO verification for this "report."

Now the lawyer is saying that Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson have not reached an agreement and that she is not giving up any of her "rights".

She asked a multitude of questions that now escape me. She did wonder why the doctor was always there, why he didn't call from his cell phone(just because he didn't know the address), etc.

Kathryn Jackson seems nice enough but I question the wisdom in giving an almost 80 year old woman 12, 11 and 7 year old children. An 85 year old with teenagers? Plus a preeteen?
