I just saw the news about Sid Casear. He was a comedic genius. I remember watching his tv show when I was a very little girl. He introduced us to Carl Reiner, Imogene Coca, opera star Margueite Piazza, and Howard Morris among others. Writers included Reiner, Mel Brooks, Neil and Danny Simon.

Shirley and then Sid. Two indescribable losses in two days.

    Sid Caesar.

    Oh wow.

    Such a talented, talented man.

    RIP, Sid.

    First Shirley.

    Now Sid.

My God, what a start to the year, and who's next, I wonder?

Well, if we count Philip Seymour Hoffman, that's 3. They tend to come in 3s it seems.

I think this one qualifies as #3 . . . . . and this one hurts my heart.

I grew up watching The Waltons but I think his recent work with Mark Harmon was just as enjoyable as the show he put out in his younger years.

My heart is hurting, too, Little Sew&Sew . . .

    Goodbye, Pa Walton.

    We'll miss you.

    RIP.

Aw, Ralph Waite I loved him.
