When I saw Peter Harvey, I thought Paul Harvey, a renowned Public Radio announcer in the states.

Though I didn't see him, Van Cliburn was rumored to have come into our small town to play a one of a kind organ at the small Episcopal Chapel. A girlfriend who was organist there (we were teenagers) met him and was thrilled beyond measure.

I loved Paul Harvey, wasn't he the 'rest of the story' - very clever

I'm sorry. I thought I remembered that he was on a show recently as part of a collage bit...must have been someone else. But, I do remember his voice.

maybe what you remember is the Ford commercial that was made for the Super Bowl and told just like Paul Harvey would do it.
Loved Paul Harvey and "now, the rest of the story." RIP, Paul.

Two former members of the Temptations died in the same week. How sad, but ironic that Otis Williams is the only surviving member and the oldest.

Richard Street and Damon Harris both died in one week.

    RIP, Damon and Richard.

That IS something, two former Temptations members passing away in one week.

Their music was so lovely. I remember them from the days David Ruffin sang with them. They surely don't make real music like that, anymore.

    Talented, talented, men.

I bet the angels are having a blast listening to them right now!
