Hector "Macho" Camacho has finally passed away after those gun shots to the face. He was 50 & a great boxer in his prime.

He was in pretty rough shape.I heard it was drugs, so nothing surprises me anymore

    50 is too young

    Larry Hagman.

    Wow.

I loved and adored him as Tony Nelson on "I Dream of Jeannie". Then --- much to my amazement --- I found myself loving and adoring him AGAIN as that lowdown, dirty, Texas SOB JR Ewing.

He was one hell of an actor, to have been able to pull off and be remembered for two roles that were so off-the-charts different from each other.

    I am just numb.

'Bye, Tony. Go ahead and blast off into forever, now.

I salute you with a tip of my Stetson and a raised bourbon and branch, JR.

    RIP.

You said it all perfect, ness!

Me, as well, started loving LH as Tony Nelson (Master) and loved him through Dallas 1 and now the most recent Dallas!

HE WILL BE MISSED! RIP Larry Hagman!

I feel the same way I did when John Wayne passed away ... as an adult I knew it would happen, but in my heart they were both invincible. I grew up hating JR, then learning to love to see what he would pull next. I truly believe if he had ever run for president, he had a real shot at winning. He would have had my vote.

My parents divorced when I was 4 or 5, and he always reminded me of my dad who I didn't see very often at all.

This is the first I heard of Larry Hagman.
When I first read the post I yelled out NO!!!! What a shock. He's looked quite old in recent years, but I didn't know he was ill.

Larry Hagman was a dandy - fun to watch!

Deborah Raffin . . .I remember her because she was in one of my guilty pleasure movies "Jacqueline Sussan's Once is not Enough". I hadn't heard anything about her in a long time and didn't know she'd been ill.

    RIP to both.

    Re: Rest In Peace.

Ahh Larry Hagman, I am so sad about his death. I was 12 years old when "I Dream of Jeannie" began it's run and I remember crushing on Tony Nelson But then Dallas came along many years later and I learned to be disgusted by his scoundrelly JR Ewing! I loved the new Dallas when it came out last year, he got me hooked all over again. So evil, that character! Larry was good. It has been interesting to read how much his fellow actors loved him, he must have been quite a guy to work with.
