It's so sad to see those we "knew" when we were children die.

My first concert was Davy and Mickey at Magic Mountain when I was about 8. I saw the Monkees several times on their "reunion" tour back in (I think) 1986 when MTV was showing reruns non-stop. It's like a part of my childhood is gone.
