So apparently Carl Pistorious, Oscar's brother was charged with negligent homicide for hitting and killing a cyclist way back in 2008. The case is still pending if I'm not mistaken?

So far, I don't think they've actually revealed why the police were called there, but they have made veiled allusions to domestic violence.
I could see a boy who grew up with no legs having to turn rough as he was growing up, either that or become a victim of other bullies. Societies, especially kids, tend to pick on people that they see as weak and inferior.
Like I've said, this is going to be an interesting case.

I didn't see a thread for the Academy Awards last night, but I wanted to say that Barbara Streisand was WONDERFUL in her tribute to Marvin Hamlish singing The Way We Were. OMG, it took me back. She is such a performer. It was full of class. It was so nice to see that nostalgia last night. The crowd went wild.
