I couldn't find a place to post this in the Music forum.

Clarence Clemons suffers stroke in Florida - USATODAY.com
Legendary saxophonist Clarence Clemons, 69, of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band has suffered a stroke.

Showbiz 411's Roger Friedman reported last night that Clemons "is said to be seriously ill after a stroke at his home in Florida."

Friedman notes that Clemons has had health problems in the past, including having both knees replaced, but "this situation, as described to me this evening, sounds pretty dire. I am told that members of the E Street Band were advised to get down to Florida as soon as possible."

AP and Rolling Stone say they have confirmed the report, citing an anonymous source.
    How incredibly sad.

This is so very sad. what a talented talented man...I read where he has been with Bruce Springsteen 30 years. I really hope he pulls through this some way, somehow.

Wasn't he one of Aretha Franklin's boyfriends, at one time? I may have him confused with somebody else.

Hugh Hefner and his 60 year younger girlfriend have broken up.

Next photo of her I expect to see her with glasses on. She comes home from the eye doctor, takes one look at Hugh and screams "You told me you were 24!".

Cee Lo Green Criticized Over Tweet

Normally I wouldn't care about stuff like this. However, he happens to be a judge on The Voice, which I really like watching. I must say that I'm disappointed in him after reading the article, because he was my favorite judge before this.

Re: Cee Lo Green Criticized Over Tweet

I dont understand this whole homophobic tweet onslaught recently. Part of me could almost excuse a senior citizen because those people grew up in a differrent world, where acceptance was not taught in society. But, recently these idiots, tweeting anti-gay crap arent old they are younger people who frankly should know better. I hate to be cliche, but are these guys all that unsure of their own sexuality?
I suffer from forever being hopeful that every generation on earth will be a tiny bit more tolerant of all of our differences. Untill such a time when it no longer matters what our sexuality is, our religion, our skin color and any other difference that people have for too long hated about others. A world where it is all embraced and perhaps not even noticed any longer. I call my disorder...Toleranceitis, I hope it is extremely contagious.
