If she behaves badly, they'll kicked it back up to 45 days. If I didn't show up to court, I'd be issued a warrant. If I show up, no judge, bailiff or court reporter is going to say, "hey, now that's what we call good behavior, you're to be commended for showing up".
Oh, I soooooo agree with Kathy Hilton's statement that young people can learn from Paris Hilton as a role model. Yes, Paris is the perfect role model for what NOT to become!

That's what I was thinking when I read that statement from Kathy Hilton too, NemesesParis Hilton should teach children as a cautionary tale only. It's like my friend who gives horrible directions: I listen to what he says and I do the exact opposite!

The courts need to be very careful with this case. If they start cutting sentences because of so-called good behavior before jail time is even served, some Joe Schmo's lawyer will be able to use this as precedence. Showing up for your court appointed time is mandatory, not good behavior
with the current over-crowding problem at local jails, Joe Schmoes are getting out early for "good behavior" because it's too taxing on the system to hold them for their entire sentence unless they do something bad to deserve it.
