I'm just enjoying the fact that they're putting her in the "special needs housing unit." Makes it sound like she's mentally deficient. Oh wait, she is.

Yeah, what's with this "good behavior" crap? When has she ever exhibited any good behavior?

Does this mean she can behave badly for those 23 days? Or if she is on her very best behaviour she can get out after one day? It seems really weird that she can show good behaviour before starting serving her sentence.

If she behaves badly, they'll kicked it back up to 45 days. If I didn't show up to court, I'd be issued a warrant. If I show up, no judge, bailiff or court reporter is going to say, "hey, now that's what we call good behavior, you're to be commended for showing up".

Oh, I soooooo agree with Kathy Hilton's statement that young people can learn from Paris Hilton as a role model. Yes, Paris is the perfect role model for what NOT to become!

Paris Hilton should teach children as a cautionary tale only. It's like my friend who gives horrible directions: I listen to what he says and I do the exact opposite!

The courts need to be very careful with this case. If they start cutting sentences because of so-called good behavior before jail time is even served, some Joe Schmo's lawyer will be able to use this as precedence. Showing up for your court appointed time is mandatory, not good behavior

. It's no wonder celebrities have a skewed sense of what punishment for one's crimes means and this just reinforces it. Everytime the court system has the opportunity to show celebrities that they will be held accountable for their actions, there's always some last minute change that gives them the preferential treatment that we all knew all along was going to happen.

with the current over-crowding problem at local jails, Joe Schmoes are getting out early for "good behavior" because it's too taxing on the system to hold them for their entire sentence unless they do something bad to deserve it.

People never learn, drinkin under the influence is unacceptable. I have learned my lesson as well -- It was a mistake but this girl continues to break the rules.
