Man 'filmed himself having sex' with Britney Spears

A ONE-NIGHT holiday fling for Britney Spears is set to emerge as the latest
celebrity sex tape.
The man who made the tape told US media he recorded it without the star's knowledge, but had not decided whether to make it public.
The unnamed 28-year-old told In Touch Weekly the only thing holding him back from releasing the video was the disappointment in his own performance and that he was too embarrassed to share it with the world.
"It was just normal sex, we didn't do anything crazy," he said.
"It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out."
The man said he was living on Hawaii's Big Island when Spears visited there in June.
He claims he left his camera rolling as they hooked up in a bungalow at the Four Seasons hotel on the Kona-Kohala Coast on June 7.
He reportedly met the troubled mother-of-two in the hotel bar at 1am and they partied together in her room.
Spears temporarily hands over custody of her sons to her ex-husband Kevin Federline today amid drug allegations.
It has emerged that her first reaction after this week's court order was to make a trip to the tanning salon.
Family and friends told London's Daily Mail they feared it would drive her to suicide, but close friend Sam Lufti said Spears was "in a good mood and very optimistic" that she would get her sons back.
Thanks for posting the link, bewty. Sounds like it probably was the story Broadway caught a bit of.Originally Posted by bewty;2596845;
What morons. I know these radio airheads who think of themselves as edgey and witty do stuff like that all the time, but I still hope against hope that somewhere along the line people's hidden common sense button pops up to warn when they go too far in bad taste. Some people just have their common sense surgically removed, I think.![]()
I live in my own world. But it's ok, they know me there.
Kid Nation... a sad day for society when the exploitation of children becomes acceptable entertainment for television viewers.![]()

I thought he had to have random drug tests as well. Am I making that up? If so, wouldn't be the first time.Originally Posted by BoBoFan;2596202;

You didn't make it up Dags, it's true. As for being all about the money, I don't see why we can't give Federline the benefit of a doubt. His own ex, Shar, admitted time and time again that he was a good father. Maybe he's doing it for HIS kids and not for the money.
As for him partying and leaving the kids with a nanny, well...guess what: about twice a month, I go out with my husband and friends to a restaurant and leave my son with my mother. I even left him over at my mom's for 3 days while I went on a mini trip to celebrate my 5 year anniversary.Does that make me a bad parent? Not at all. It makes me a human being who needs company over 3 years old, once in a while.
Thanks, I thought I had read that somewhere.Originally Posted by DesertRose;2597162;
Parents need a break, too. I am a single parent and without the occasional break, I would go insane. I love my daughter to death, but also need other adult interaction.

He was told that he couldn't indulge in any alcohol or controlled substances for 12 hours before he took custody of the kids, but he was not given mandatory testing. Britney was ordered to have testing because she is the one with apparent substance abuse problems.Originally Posted by dagwood;2597129;

Why is this coming up again? I haven't seen anyone complain about that for awhile. And I explained that the problem that I personally had with it at the time was because Kevin did NOT have custody of his kids 24/7 like you do. And when he gets custody 3-4 days a week to what amounts to every other weekend... I consider it majorly bad parenting to choose those specific days to go partying and therefore leave your children with a nanny. There is no "break" needed when you don't have 24/7 custody.Originally Posted by DesertRose;2597162;

Britney Spears fails to regain custody of children

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A judge refused on Wednesday to restore Britney Spears' custody of her two young children, ordering them to remain in the sole care of her ex-husband but granting the pop star monitored-visitation rights.
Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline, who had shared custody of their two sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, with the pop singer, was first granted sole custody of the boys in an order issued on Monday.
After a three-hour, closed-door hearing on Wednesday, Los Angeles County Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon extended that order for the time being but granted Spears visitation subject to certain conditions, Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told reporters afterward.
He did not elaborate on those conditions, saying they would be outlined in a court order to be made public later.
Court spokesman Allan Parachini said Spears' visitation had to be monitored and would likely take place every other day.
Gordon set another hearing for October 26 to review the situation and possibly revise his order. Both Federline and Spears are required to attend.
Federline, wearing sunglasses over an eye patch, attended Wednesday's proceedings, slipping into and out of the courthouse without speaking to reporters. Spears was not present, and her lawyer declined comment.
Spears' custody battle caps a tumultuous year in the singer's personal life as she struggles to rejuvenate her recording career.
Since her split from Federline last November, Spears has drawn a steady stream of headlines for erratic behavior that has included club-hopping without panties, shaving her head bald, raging at a car with an umbrella and checking into and out of rehab.
Last month, her highly anticipated comeback appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards was widely panned as an embarrassing flop, though her new single, "Gimme More," has climbed to the top of the digital download charts.
Spears, 25, and Federline, 29, divorced in July after nearly three years of marriage, and before this week had shared 50/50 custody of their children. But Kaplan told reporters in August that Federline was seeking greater control of his sons to keep them "isolated from risks."
Two weeks ago, Gordon ordered Spears to undergo random drug testing and hire a parenting coach after finding evidence of her "habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."
Adding to her legal woes, she was charged days later with leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a valid license after police said she smashed into another car in a parking lot.
