I'm sure it would be difficult to diagnose bipolar disorder if she's a habitual drug and alcohol user. Once she gets clean perhaps they can determine if there's an additional diagnosis needed.

Very true, Broadway. So many people self-medicate with drugs and alcohol, and refuse to believe that anything is wrong with them. They just like to "party", so they think. Hard to get to the real problem when they are running their own medication show.

I agree that she has some mental health issues that need to be addressed, but she has got to get sober before those can be effectively dealt with. Hopefully, in trying to comply with all of the judges rules, she will realize that she needs help. Maybe the parenting counselor can give her some suggestions? I don't know how all of that works, but maybe this is what she needed to be forced to listen to someone else.

What is wrong with this girl? I think she's in complete denial. It's like she's thumbing her nose at the judge. Either that or she needs to get back into rehab...stat! Does Kevin have the kids right now? Neither one is supposed to drink alcohol within 12 hours before getting custody of the kids. I would assume that also means that they're not supposed to be out drinking while the kids are in their custody.

Just hours after a judge ordered random drug tests for Britney Spears, the singer hit the Los Angeles nightclub scene overnight Tuesday with Avril Lavigne.

Followed by a pack of paparazzi, Spears first was seen at Winston's in West Hollywood with Lavigne and Spears's friend Alli Sims.

The women left around 1 a.m., and Spears was later spotted at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood until the club closed.

"They kept bringing (Spears) shots and so they were drinking," says a Hyde observer. "She was dancing on the tables trying to be really sexy, even putting a black sock over her head as a hat, and putting on a show for everyone."

Another observer saw what appeared to be alcohol in front of Spears but didn’t see her drink it.

At one point in the evening, Spears drove to the Beverly Hills Police Department and complained that photographers were following her, but no action was taken.

Spears's partying came after the judge in her custody fight with Kevin Federline found that she is a "habitual, frequent and continuous" user of alcohol and controlled substances, and now must submit to random twice-weekly testing.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon also ruled that both Spears and Federline may not consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances at least 12 hours prior to being with their children.

Well, now the judge is onto her, if she manages to fudge that up she deserves to pay the price.

Something tells me it won't be long - I just hope her kids are not with her when it happens

Hopefully, her parents can remain close enough to K-Fed to maintain a relationship with Sean and Jayden - those kids will need all the love they can get!

Britney needs something big to happen for her to realize that it is NOT all about her any longer and to stop being so

self-centered!

Nothing Britney does surprises me anymore. News Flash... It doesn't matter who wants her to get help, whether it be a Judge, her Family, Joe Public or Donald Duck... She doesn't want help and she's gonna keep on doing her "thang", no matter what. She's probably laughing about all the attention she's getting, because after all, that is what she's seeking. She doesn't care, she doesn't want help and until she wants it, it doesn't matter what anyone else wants! Britney will do what she pleases and what she can get away with!
