| I figured at first glance that Oscar nominee Ryan Gosling was looking for a little more publicity generated recognition with his "did I do that" musing, probably in part because I saw "Ryan Gosling" and thought 'Who?... who cares?' making me think that even though I'm admittedly out of touch with current events and especially current celebrities, maybe I'm not alone and he's leeching onto the dubious status of current reigning Miss RunAmok Britney Spears to get his name disseminated without having to shell out a dime to do so. But what if that cynical projection is off and poor Josh lies awake at night thinking about the damage he caused with his remarks? Hey  , anything's possible.Take for example one article I saw checking out the Digg It site upon seeing the button and seeking out its significance. Turns out according to one well regarded article that oral sex is supposed to be a breast cancer inhibitor, or so read the tale leaving me shaking my head that CNN or AP would post such ill written crap. Turns out they didn't, sued as I recall reading on Snopes. The story was a hoax. Yet it was presented as legitimate news from trusted (depending on who you ask) sources. If someone showed another impressionable someone that article, where one 'research doctor' connected with the study exhorts women to get with the program as she now does at least every other day, who knows how the impressionable one might respond either right then or on a delayed basis down the line? Sometimes a person can experience a dramatic internal shift just by encountering a short passage in a book or a motivational speaker that unknowingly said the right thing at the right time leading one person among a crowd of dozens or more to actually change theirlife? It could happen, him corrupting Mouseketeers into transforming into The Thing Formerly Known As Britney Spears Before Her Devolution. Not probable, but possible. He IS full of himself for imagining it though. A real self imagined Rasputin, Ryan is. |

One would have assumed that she'd be the messed up one now, but in fact, she's come out of her early years as almost universally professionally respected, quietly and boringly married to a nice Jewish boy, who isn't even in show biz, creatively reinvigorated, and seemingly very happy and stable. This may have just been the path fate laid out for these two. Ryan Gosling needs a reality check.

| At least Britney can afford some nice wigs if she doesn't want to sport the bald look everytime she goes out. I know she's of legal age but you'd think her mother would step in for some intervention. She never seems to be heard from during any of Britney's antics. Or her father. I don't expect them to be Joe Simpson obsessive but geez parents, your girl needs help. If you're doing it behind the scenes you aren't doing a very good job of it.

| Perez has now said that apparently Britney's mom arrived in LA on Saturday. So we'll see what happens for this poor girl. Also... Rosie has piped in, as we knew she would. Rosie loves Britney, so we'll see what she has to say tomorrow on her show, too. brittney shaved her hair out out damn spot in the movie in my mind she says yes help me and i do somehow we both connect - get through she is saved somehow so am i the bottom for a celebrity has too much cushion money buys detachment no responsibility many moms - of kids in ur sons class want to shave their hair off and get a tattoo they dont because they cant noone is there 2 watch the kids what would the neighbors say plus the pta meeting would be humiliating on many levels real life can save u sometimes u have to - no choice super rich 24 yr olds who have spent half their lives in the FAMOUS-SPHERE mary kate and ashley miss britt same same same i want them to come live with us somehow thinking there is healing here it worked for me u can carve out something real there in pretend-ville real life awaits as perspective shifts compassion aids healing |
