| Feelin' FoRTified~ | Re: Britney Spears Just Won't Go Away Restraining Order Claims Sam Drugged Brit - TMZ.com - Entertainment News, Celebrity Gossip and Hollywood Rumors Restraining Order Claims Sam Drugged Brit Posted Feb 5th 2008 3:03PM by TMZ Staff TMZ has obtained a copy of the restraining order issued last Friday in the Britney Spears saga. We've reported on the order but we just got a hard copy. The documents allege Lutfi drugged Britney. The order requires Lutfi to stay 250 yards away from Britney, UCLA Medical Center, her parents' homes, siblings' homes, childrens' homes and Britney's homes. According to the document, "He has cut Britney's home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything." According to a declaration filed by Lynne Spears, on January 28, Lynne and Jamie arrived for an intervention -- "Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids." The documents claim Sam said, "Adnan is gay ... Britney came into the room looking for Adnan ... Britney then asked me, 'Is Adnan gay?" At one point, Britney "picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, 'What does insomnia mean?' Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake." Lynne continues, "Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel." The docs continue, "He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain." According to the docs, Sam then encouraged Brit "to do tequila shots." The document then claims Sam said, "let's all do toasts with wine." Brit refused to drink. Lynne claims before leaving for the drug store that night, Sam gave her drugs upstairs "to make her more light-hearted, happy, and fun." During a dispute later that night, Sam allegedly said, "If you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave." The docs claim Brit "changed her three dogs' clothes many times" in an agitated state." Brit said, "Can I see another psychiatrist so I can see my babies?" Sam responded, "If I told you to take 10 pills a day, you should do what I tell you to see your babies." At one point, Brit allegedly said, "I want my Daddy up here. I want to talk to my Daddy." |

~ On another point, though, I just want to say that although I have no doubt Lutfi was giving her drugs (though I have my doubts as to whether she was a knowing or unknowing and willing participant), I also have no doubt she took plenty on her own accord, both before he entered her life and since. Britney is not an innocent victim in this saga that's been going on for over a year, let's not forget that. Lutfi is a contributor, but by no means the beginning or sole cause of the trainwreck. Hopefully, Britney's parents don't get caught up in thinking that, or they'll only be trying to get partial treatment for her. There's a much bigger picture here than just Osama Lutfi.

| Re: Britney Spears Just Won't Go Away This is a pretty sad article to read.... making Britney sound more and more like a little girl lost. People.com Britney Spears's father has recounted a heartbreaking meeting with his confused daughter as she struggled to cope in a psychiatric hospital. "Come on, daddy, let's get out of here. Take my hand and let's walk out of here together," Britney said, according to Jamie Spears. Jamie told her daughter: "I wish I could, but I can't." In court papers filed as part of his effort to take over his daughter's affairs, Jamie Spears described how he arrived at UCLA Medical Center on Sunday. Britney had called him several times while he was working as a caterer for a Super Bowl party, urging him to see her. (Click here to view the complete document.) Jamie Spears, who had spent several hours with Britney the day before at the hospital, found his daughter lying in bed. He leaned over to kiss her, but she turned her head away. "I love you," he told her. "No, you don't," said Britney. She got out of bed and said, "The doctor told me you are keeping me in here." Jamie Spears denied it, but Britney insisted, saying, "Somebody's lying. You put me in here." After the nurse assured Britney that, "Your daddy is not keeping you here; the hospital is keeping you here," Britney turned to her father. That was when she pleaded to leave – and her father said they couldn't. When Britney became agitated, her father started talking about her sons Jayden and Preston, now in the custody of their father, Kevin Federline. "Do you want me to help you get your babies back?" he asked her. Britney, "No, I have new lawyers that will help me with my stuff." But her father had to tell her that she had not actually fired her custody lawyers, and that there were now new lawyers involved in dealing with her affairs. Jamie said that if she needed help with the custody case, he would be there for her. The conversation ended with Britney saying that her pal Sam Lutfi had wrongfully taken some of her property and she asked her father for help to get it back. Her father said he would. |

| He's mine! | Re: Britney Spears Just Won't Go Away She's not in her right mind so any decisions she makes now are null and void, right? It's probably why i laughed off Streisand's sibling trying to be her attorney. She isn't of sound mind to be making any decisions so...

| Re: Britney Spears Just Won't Go Away I dunno. This sound like a weird situation with two wrong sides. I mean Sam is clearly inserting himself into the Howard K. Stern position as I've been saying all along he would. But there seems to be a possibility that some of these reactions from him were badly executed attempts to get Britney back on track. I mean what have we all been saying for months? That maybe she needed to be on anti-psychotic drugs. And then we get this story obviously from the Spears camp spinning him giving Britney anti-psychotic drugs as if its wrong. The story claims that Sam yelled at Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids. Well face it. We've been saying the same things. I'm not defending Sam here. He's garbage and only out for himself. Sam let things go too far with Britney and then took radical last minute actions to try and control the situation. For that alone he should be beat senseless. But I recognize spin from the other camp when I see it. Sam's miserable conduct is mainly that HE clearly insisted on trying to "fix" the situation himself. The statements about how the pills were intended "to make her more light-hearted, happy, and fun" seem almost like how you'd explain them to a child. With Britney as the child. As for the "if you try to get rid of me, she'll be dead and I'll piss on her grave", we have to remember this is Lynne reporting this. Part of me believes that Sam said this, but another part is like... "isn't this exactly how someone would spin things if they wanted Sam gone?" This is a power struggle I think. With two sides who may both have agendas that might not be completely in Britney's interest. What she NEEDED was a court appointed INDEPENDENT guardian. This is less a repeat of the Anna Nicole situation than it is of the guardianship of Anna's kid--again with Britney in the role of the kid.
