Federline's attorney, Mark Kaplan has given a very brief press conference after today's court testimonies. Not surprisingly, the judge ordered the emergency order banning visitation by Britney to remain in place indefinately, and can be revisited at the next court hearing on Feb. 19.

Reporters asked Allan Parachini, a rep for the courts, if Britney was able to safely enter the courthouse and the courtroom for the hearing today if she had so desired to. He said that the sheriff's department and the deputies did everything they possibly could today to safely and efficiently assist Ms. Spears into the hearing, but she chose to leave instead.

The Commissioner has just ruled that Britney will not have visitation restored, at least until the next hearing on February 19.

The order came after the testimony several people, including two LAPD cops who responded to the craziness a week ago Thursday; Lisa Hacker, a parenting coach; Loni Jones, a bodyguard, and Pamela Strong, the court monitor who was present during the drama. K-Fed's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan testified as well.

What's starting to annoy me most about this is the money that is being wasted. Public money nonetheless. Were she anyone else this wouldn't be happening like this. There wouldn't be 9034893058934758934579834 billion chances for her. Perhaps an exageration, but really, when is enough enough?

Sounds like she's taking lessons from the Michael Jackson School of How To Attempt to Elicit Sympathy From The Court when you want to avoid testifying. Next hearing, I wouldn't be surprised to see her show up in pajama bottoms.

Far be it for Brit to hire you know... drivers. And security guys. Like EVERY other star in Hollywood. People who get you where you want to go and keep obnoxious crowds away from you.

Or even an assistant, to call ahead and secure police protection.

Things are extra-difficult for Brit because she MAKES them that way.

Eureka! I've figured out the solution to the Britney mess! It was so simple, why didn't I think of it before?

All we have to do is get Britney over to Tom Cruise's ~~spaceship~~ home and let him have a go at her. Then Katie Holmes can ~~escape~~ leave and rejoin the world of the living and Britney can take her place in Tommyworld and finally give in to the voices in her head, which will surprisingly start sounding like Tom Cruise's voice. What better match than the two craziest people in Hollywood getting together?

Oooo, that sounds like a plan. Since Tom knows the history of psychiatry so well, he can cure her of her ailments or at least have the capacity to lock her up like Katie

If Tom married her, at least we would not have to listen to her rambling incoherently all the time and he'd hide her away in his castle. That would be nice.
