For someone who claims to not care about actor's personal lives, you sure know a lot about these 2. LOL

I have watched every movie TC hs made, and for the most part , I have loved everyone one of them .I liked Nicole and I think she has played some good parts.
The rest I read like anyone else. Am I going to give scientology a blast Nope. I dont think any religion is much different

Many, many years ago, a new friend told me about her Dad being "really nuts". Then, she went on to say he was a Scientologist. At that time, very little was known about Scientology.

I'm not a very religious person, so I am not going to defend or eviscerate Scientology.
I will say, however, that I got a really creepy feeling when I saw their "Celebrity Center" wing in Hollywood.

I get that same creepy feeling when I see the Vatican.

I see all those poor poor people keeping one man in shoes - that cost them a year's wages. Religion is a funny thing isnt it?

I doubt Katie realized her mistake instantly after they got married...they definitely had a honeymoon phase where they looked very happy together. It just seemed like the photos of her over the years became more and more sad. Maybe after the shine wore off (and like you said, she married TOM CRUISE - something she apparently fantasized about when she was younger so obviously it was a huge deal for her) she woke up to realizing what the rest of her life would be like. Or as often happens, after you have a child and realize you have a responsibility to that child to protect them and give them the best start you can, she realized marriage to him and involvement in that "religion" wasn't the best way to go about it. Regardless, she did what she thought was best and she did it well. They will all survive, I dare say.

That's all good and dandy but why would she go on to have a child with him? That made no sense to me, especially if she saw what happened between Nicole and her children. But then again, who wouldn't want TC's child? Cha-ching!

Still, she SAW what happened with Nicole's children and chose to procreate with him. Why? Other than the cha-ching! I guess I'll have to refrain as to what I really think as it would get me banned.

Poor kid though. 2 car incidents in as many days. Speculation as to daddy's new "wife." At least this one is involved in Scientology. Too bad it took Tom so many years to figure out that similar values are important.

I feel sorry for the kid. You can avoid TV and the internet, but when out and about she sees her family on the covers of mags, and she is able to read a little bit. If I were them, I'd go live abroad or somewhere remote so the paparazzi couldn't get to us.

This is why I've always liked Katie and why I was really bummed when she got together with Tom Cruise. I hope this talk of Suri being raised more like a normal little girl (or as normal as she can be with her life) is true.

From what I've heard, the paparazzi are bing alerted to where Suri is going to be so that they can get their pictures. After thinking about it, that could be a good thing to avoid chaos and danger. It can give the parents an element of control, I guess. Personally, I think I might move to a calmer place, and come into the city when I needed to. Not every actor lives in these loony bins of chaos, and their careers still thrive.
