Ross 'The Intern'

Ross Mathews (also known as Ross the Intern - born September 24, 1979) is an American television personality known mostly for his role as a correspondent for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. A former intern on that show, he is referred to by Jay Leno as "Ross the Intern". He is also known for contributing commentary to the E! networks various "101" specials, and as a member of the Red Team on the 2003 incarnation of the reality television show, Battle of the Network Reality Stars. Mathews has been a regular on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno since December 2001, covering movie premieres, the Academy Awards, two different Winter Olympics Games and countless other events. In addition to his role on The Tonight Show, Mathews also writes a very popular daily blog (Ross Mathews-BLOGtastic!) and produces and hosts an upcoming web-show on nbc.com with Tonight Show announcer John Melendez.

I love everything about this guy...his voice makes me laugh...his giggle makes me laugh...his "gayness" makes me laugh.....(I don't mean that in a bad way either!).........I can't wait to watch Ross the Intern!

Wonder if him and Ant hit it off???

I love this guy; he reminds me of a good friend of mine from high school. Plus, this guy should get every red carpet special going--get rid of Rivers & Spawn, Seacrest, etc. and just let Ross handle 'em all.

This guy is so funny! I can't wait to watch this show just for him!

If/when he gets kicked off, I won't watch the show anymore.

People don't get kicked off this show, they are in it to the end unless they flip out (Jeff Conaway) or there are major medical issues.

Ah, i love Ross! He's a local boy from Mount Vernon, Washington, so I'm really rootin for him to do good! Plus he's just AWESOME!

If you want to be treated to a Ross spoiler, he was on the CMT Awards that were filmed last night. They have replayed it on CMT twice already today. He was a presenter about 1 hour and 35-40 minutes into the show. I'm not going to say one way or another but if you'd like to see how much weight he has or has not lost, you can tune it.

Yeah, I saw him on a Leno segment. He's changed.
